1,Description:

Adjustable horizontal sand making machine is a new type crusher in our company which produced with many years’ production crusher experience, and integrated the advantages of equipment at home and abroad.

2,Application:

This product is widely used in metal and non-metallic minerals, especially the high hardness material of crushing, and made a great success in granite, basalt, pebble, copper, iron, phosphorus, gold mine and cement clinker industries. This product is especially suitable for crushing, processing of steel slag.

3,Product Structure:

This product is mainly composed of rotary parts, plate parts and box parts. There are several cross but non overlapping sequence hammer heads on wheel core of rotary part, and the hammer head fixed in the wheel core, hammer head is wider than wheel hub, wheel core by several hub assembly as a body and fixed in the spindle. Both ends of spindle with self-aligning bearing support in the frame. Guard group is divided into several pieces fixed in housing, protect housing not frayed, form the against crushing cavity. Housing is divided into fluctuation two parts, with the bolt connection, easy disassembly and maintenance.

5,Operating principle

This machine driven shaft rotation by the motor pulley, quickly rotating hammer head on spindle collision with material and crushed the material.

1. Due to the hammer head is cross non overlapping sequence, and the hammer head width greater than the axis of the wheel, made sure the hammer head attend to the crushing on the whole length of the rotor, and because of the hammer head is unarranged activities, so it reduce the energy loss when hammerhead hit the material, and the efficiency of crushing also improved.

2. This machine’s frame adopted the principle of stone hit stone to design coarse crushing cavity. When material into the crushing cavity hammer blow area, by high speed rotating hammer blow, fly out along the circle tangential line of hammer head rotary. Heavy collisions produced high efficiency "stone hit stone" "interface reason broken"(that is to say the material was tearing along the own countless weak defect) Thus forming countless small particles and a large number of fine powder, and discharged from the lower discharge gate.

3. Because the machine in the crushing cavity using stone hit stone design principle, greatly reduce the hammer head wear, and at the same time, whether the new into the crusher qualified materials, or back cavity qualified material can timely discharge, and also greatly improve the stage at production, reduce the energy consumption.

7,Adjustment method

According to the wear of hammer head and sand particle size can be adjusted to discharge. The method: on the right of both ends of the bearing has a square regulation mouth, then remove the pressure plate and loosen the top wire

And change the upper adjusting plate to adjust mouth while adjust the same thickness of the adjusting plate, at last installed the press plate
